MECHANICAL, PAR's Hook-up, PIPING, STEEL STRUCTURES, SCAFFOLDING, PAINTING, INSULATION, E&I WORKS,
3 UNITS X 440 MW COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT

Plan Details:

IGCC: Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle Power Plant

3 Power Units x 440 MW. Each line includes Vertical Boiler, Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine and Generator in single shaft configuration

• Erection of 3 Gas Turbine

• Erection of 3 Steam Turbine HP/LP

• Erection of 3 Generators

• Around equipment piping erection

• Balance of plant piping erection

• Cooling water lines

• Prefabrication and hook-up of Pre-Assembled Racks (PARs)

Numbers: 

Direct Manhours 3.200.000; Manpower Peak 1.500; Staff personnel 250

Main Quantities:

• Piping: 2200 tons

• E&I quantities: Cables : 1.200 Km  -  Connections: 30.000
