IREM SpA has been honoured by Confindustria Romania with the “ESG – Social Ethics in Management” award as part of the Awards for Excellence 2025, presented during the association’s traditional annual event that brings together the Italian business community active in the country.

The award, presented by the President of Confindustria Romania, Giulio Bertola, in the presence of the Italian Ambassador Laura Aghillare, recognises IREM’s ability to combine industrial strength with social responsibility and process sustainability. The citation highlights the company’s capacity to integrate safety, quality, training and a strong focus on people, even in highly technical and complex sectors, thereby contributing to the development of inclusive operating models aimed at creating value in the territories where it operates.

This recognition confirms the significance of the Group’s ESG commitment at an international level as well, where IREM’s presence requires high standards of work ethics, respect for local communities and sustainable site management.
