Irem Spa joins the Fondazione Siciliae Studium Generale UniCt 1434, a project promoted by the University of Catania to strengthen the connection between academic education, the production system and regional development. By joining the Foundation, Irem further confirms its commitment to enhancing human capital and building concrete employability pathways through training models developed in collaboration with the business community.

“We strongly believe in a structured dialogue between universities and industry,” stated Giovanni Musso, who has been appointed to the Foundation’s Board of Directors. “Only in this way can we anticipate professional needs and support industrial evolution with the right skills.”

This step is fully aligned with Irem’s long-standing vision in education and talent development, pursued also through its permanent in-house Academy.
