The Planner training course held at Irem Spa’s Academy in Siracusa has been completed. The program was delivered in collaboration with Randstad Italia and Rotary District 2110 Sicily-Malta.

More than 230 hours of training were provided to prepare young talents for a strategic role in industrial job sites. “This program creates concrete opportunities and helps reduce the skills mismatch,” said CEO Giovanni Musso, highlighting prospects in international markets such as Sweden and England, where Irem is active.

For Rotary, as explained by Dr. Maurilio Carpinteri, this is “an extraordinary opportunity to grow in global contexts.” Bruno Piccoli (Randstad area manager) echoed the same view: “Today you have the opportunity to build your future in a constantly evolving market.”

Closing the event, Marcella Saraceno explained that after the in-company onboarding phase, the trainees will begin their path on job sites. This project confirms Irem’s commitment to training and developing the skills needed for the future of the energy and industrial sectors.
