In early April, a group of around 20 Filipino professionals – already engaged with IREM on international projects in countries such as Hungary, Suriname and Kuwait – began the visa application process at the Greek Embassy, in preparation for their involvement in the final phase of the Skouries project in Greece.
These are highly skilled professionals, including a Piping Supervisor and a Safety Supervisor, who have long been key contributors to IREM’s projects worldwide. Their journey reflects a model based on continuity, growth and mutual trust: IREM not only trains its people, but supports them over time, enhancing their skills and professionalism across its international business units.
A relationship that goes beyond work, becoming a true sense of belonging, as expressed in the message “We love Irem” shared by the workers themselves. A tangible example of a company culture built around people, capable of generating value both on construction sites and within the communities where it operates.
