Irem Spa continues to invest in training with a new programme within its permanent Academy: “Welding quality and non-destructive testing technician”. Eleven young participants are involved in a 247-hour training programme, covering English, IT skills, quality management, welding fundamentals and technical inspections, delivered directly by Irem professionals.
“Quality and reliability are central to our projects,” explained CEO Giovanni Musso. “This course combines generational renewal with business continuity, preparing skilled professionals for our international construction sites, while also delivering a strong social impact by creating new employment opportunities locally.”
The project, developed in collaboration with the Rotary Club Siracusa and Randstad Italia, has a strong social dimension and provides tangible employment opportunities.
“Commitment and adaptability are essential,” added HR Manager Marcella Saraceno. “Working abroad also means personal growth.”
To date, more than 200 young professionals have been trained through Irem’s permanent Academy: a continuous investment in people, the true driving force behind our growth.
