Irem S.p.A., through its permanent Academy, continues to invest in young talent with the 8th edition of its welder training course, delivered in partnership with Randstad Italia. A total of 19 students are taking part in a 74-hour programme held in the laboratories of the Istituto Gagini, with a strong hands-on focus designed to bring participants closer to the realities of the workplace.
“The welder plays a central role in our projects, both traditional and green,” stated CEO Giovanni Musso. “This course is aimed at recruitment and opens up opportunities across our international business units.”
This message was reinforced by HR Manager Marcella Saraceno, who emphasized that welding is “a profession that requires commitment and dedication, but offers tangible prospects for growth.”
According to Bruno Piccoli of Randstad, “this programme represents a concrete opportunity, approach it with determination.”
Irem’s Academy thus confirms its role as a bridge between education and industry, capable of developing skills and generating employment.
