The eighth edition of the IREM Academy welding course, organized in partnership with Randstad Italy and the Gagini Technical Institute in Syracuse, has successfully come to an end. Over the past few weeks, 19 students have taken part in a highly practical training program held in the school’s workshops, developing the essential skills required for one of the industrial sector’s most in-demand professions.
"We are very pleased with the results of this program," said our CEO, Giovanni Musso. "We will continue to invest in our partnership with the Gagini Institute because we strongly believe in developing the talent of young people in our local community. In the coming months, we will launch new training courses and begin our next recruitment phase, offering career opportunities both in Italy and on our international construction sites, starting with our new project in Sweden."
The course once again reflects the mission of the IREM Academy: to develop skills, support generational renewal, and build a tangible bridge between education and industry by sharing the expertise of the company's professionals with the next generation.
Because investing in people means building the future of industry.
