Training, territory, and social responsibility come together at the Istituto Gagini in Syracuse. Together with the Lions Club Syracuse Host, IREM has donated technical materials for welding and electronics labs, providing students with tangible tools to develop skills that will be valuable for their future careers.
This initiative was made possible thanks to the commitment of Lions member Annalisa Romeo and the teamwork with president Simona Falsaperla, who accompanied IREM’s CEO Giovanni Musso and HR Manager Marcella Saraceno to the institute.
In his speech, Musso reaffirmed the company’s commitment to young people: “Businesses need determined young individuals to continue growing and creating value. At IREM, we have been investing in training for years through our permanent Academy because we believe in the social value of business: wherever there is a company, there is employment and development for the community.”
This gesture goes beyond the donation of materials and strengthens the connection between school and business, helping to build skills, opportunities, and a future for the next generations.
